Refund Policy

All payments made to Giga Kintiraia Corp are subject to the following terms:

– A 30% upfront payment is required to begin any project. This deposit is non-refundable once work has started.
– If the client cancels the project before work begins, a full refund may be issued.
– After work has started, refunds are not provided due to the nature of digital services.
– Revisions are included based on the selected package.
– Final payment is required upon completion before delivery of final files or project handover.
